# The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023, Paragraph 97: European Union (Future Relationship) Act 2020


In section 37 of the European Union (Future Relationship) Act 2020 for “retained direct EU” (in each place it appears) substitute “assimilated direct”.
