Regulation 116 Index

A protected cell company must keep an index of the names of the persons holding shares issued by the protected cell company.

The index must contain cross-references to all of the entries of that person’s name in the register.

The index must be kept at the same place as the register.

Where a protected cell company amends the register, the index must be updated before the end of a period of 14 days beginning with the day the register is amended.
