  "heading": "Calling a shareholders’ meeting",
  "text": "(1) The directors of a protected cell company may call a general meeting.\n(2) The persons holding voting shares issued on behalf of the core of a protected cell company may require the directors to call a general meeting.\n(3) The directors are required to call a general meeting once the protected cell company has received requests to do so from persons representing at least 5% of the voting shares issued on behalf of the core of the protected cell company.\n(4) A request—\n(a) must state the general nature of the business to be dealt with at the meeting; and\n(b) may include the text of a resolution that may properly be moved and is intended to be moved at the meeting.\n(5) A request must be authenticated by the person or persons making it.",
