Regulation 188 Time period for giving notice to FCA

(1)

Where a provision of this Part requires a protected cell company to give notice of an event to the FCA, the notice must be given to the FCA within a period of 10 working days beginning with the day the event occurred.

(2)

Paragraph (1) does not apply where a provision of this Part specifies a different period.
