  "text": "Where a protected cell company changes its name—\n(a) the change does not affect any rights or obligations of the protected cell company or render defective any legal proceedings by or against it; and\n(b) any legal proceedings that might have been commenced or continued against the protected cell company by its former name may be commenced or continued against it by its new name.",
