# The Road Safety Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2015, Paragraph 1: The Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981


In section 68(2) (defences available to persons charged with certain offences) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 omit the words “and (3)”.
