# The Road Safety Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2015, Paragraph 12: The Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 2005


Regulation 4 (candidate to produce particulars) of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 2005 is amended as follows—
(a) in paragraph (2)(a) omit the words “together with any relevant counterpart of that licence”;
(b) in paragraph (4)(a) omit the words “together with any relevant counterpart of that licence”.
