# The Road Safety Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2015, Paragraph 4: The London Local Authorities Act 1996


In section 9(a) (penalty charge not payable in certain cases) of the London Local Authorities Act 1996 for the words “or (4)” substitute “or (5)”.
