# The Road Safety Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2015, Paragraph 7: The Welfare Reform Act 2009


In the section 39CA of the Child Support Act 1991, to be inserted by section 51(4) (Disqualification for holding etc. driving licence or travel authorisation) of the Welfare Reform Act 2009, omit subsection (11).
