# The Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) (Appropriate Amount) (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 2: Amendment of the Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) (Appropriate Amount) Order 2009


(1) The Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) (Appropriate Amount) Order 2009 is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 1 of Schedule 1, after Table 8 (Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995), add—

The HGV Road User Levy Act 2013
(1) Provision creating offence
(2)General nature of offence
(3) Deposit
Section 11(1)
Using or keeping a heavy goods vehicle on a road in the UK without paying the HGV road user levy
£300.
”
