  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) (Appropriate Amount) Order 2009 by adding to the Schedule showing the monetary amount of a financial penalty deposit that a constable or vehicle examiner may require from the person in charge of a heavy goods vehicle suspected of committing an offence under section 11 of the HGV Road User Levy Act 2013.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen. An Explanatory Memorandum has been prepared and is available alongside this instrument on the website, www.legislation.gov.uk.",
