  "text": "Schedule 1 makes provision about—\n(a) the immobilisation of vehicles the driving of which has been prohibited under—\n(i) Article 84 of the Order of 1981 (foreign vehicles);\n(ii) Article 77 or 79 of the Order of 1995 (unfit or overloaded vehicles); or\n(iii) Article 91E of the Offenders Order (failure to make payment of financial penalty deposit); and\n(b) the removal and disposal of such vehicles.",
