# The Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 2007, Article 15: Period of endorsement for failure to allow specimen to be tested


In Article 50(6) of the Offenders Order (effect of endorsement: period for which effective), after sub-paragraph (b) insert
“or
(c) under Article 18A(6) of that Order (failing to allow a specimen to be subjected to laboratory test),”.
