Article 75 Fees

(1)

Regulations may make provision for the payment of such fees (if any) as may be prescribed in connection with registration or extension of registration.

(2)

Regulations may make provision for the repayment (in whole or in part) of any fee payable by virtue of any provision of this Part in such circumstances as may be prescribed.
