# The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2003, Introduction: Introductory text


Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 7A(5) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force 30th November 2003
Whereas a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by each House of Parliament in pursuance of section 7A(5) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7A and 57(2) of the aforesaid Act of 1994 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
