Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 30th November 2003.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 2002f1.
