# The Roads (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 to enable proceedings required by Articles 67 to 67B (environmental assessment), Schedule 7 (vesting orders) and Schedule 8 (orders in connection with roads) to be taken concurrently.
