  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations add Canning Green to the list of parks, gardens and other land vested in or under the control or management of the Secretary of State for Culture, Olympics, Media and Sport specified in Schedule 1 to the Royal Parks and Other Open Spaces Regulations 1997 (SI 1997/1639) (“the principal Regulations”). The effect is to extend the scope of the principal Regulations to Canning Green.\nThese Regulations also remove Abingdon Street Garden, which is not under the control of the Secretary of State, from Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations.",
