Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Rural Development (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into force as follows.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 1 January 2021.

(3)

This regulation and regulations 2(3), 3, 5(4)(b) and 7 come into force on IP completion day.
