Regulation 3 Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 240/2014

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 240/2014 of 7 January 2014 on the European code of conduct on partnership in the framework of the European Structural and Investment Funds^f1 is amended as follows.

In Article 4(1)(c)(iii) (identification of relevant partners for programmes), for “the ESI Funds” substitute “support for rural development”.
