  "text": "(1) Commission Implementing Decision C(2015) 3488 approving the rural development programme of Wales for support from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development is amended as follows.\n(2) In Article 1, at the end, insert—\n“In this Decision references to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 are references to that regulation as amended by the European Structural and Investment Funds Common Provisions (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.”.\n(3) In Article 2(1)—\n(a) for “contribution from the EAFRD” substitute “core contribution”;\n(b) for “Union contribution ” substitute “core contribution”;\n(c) for “EAFRD contribution” substitute “core contribution”.\n(4) Omit Article 4.\n(5) In Part 1 of the Annex—\n(a) for “EAFRD contribution”, in each place it occurs, substitute “core contribution”;\n(b) for the words from “Article 59(3)(a)” to “Regulation (EEC) No 2019/93”, in each place they occur , substitute “Article 59(3)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 – Less developed regions”;\n(c) for the words from “Article 59(4)(e)” to “Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013”, in each place they occur , substitute “Article 59(4)(e) of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 – Operations receiving funding from funds transferred to the core contribution in application of Article 7(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013, and Article 14(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 as it had effect immediately before exit day”;\n(d) for “M20 – Technical assistance Member States (Article 51-54 of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013)” substitute “M20 – Technical assistance Member States (Article 51 and 54 of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013)”;\n(e) omit the last row of table 1.",
