  "text": "(1) Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy is amended as follows.\n(2) In Article 77 (application of administrative penalties), in paragraph (2) after point (e) insert—\n“(ea) where the non-compliance relates to a failure to comply with Article 43a of Regulation (EU) 1307/2013;”.",
