Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 61(3) of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 64(2)(a) and (3) of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.
In accordance with section 56(3)(o) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the Welsh Ministers.
In accordance with section 61(3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
