Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Prescribed Criteria) (Foreign Offences) Order 2008 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In this Order the “the Act” means the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.
