# The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Regulated Activity, Devolution and Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 2010, Article 4: Regulated activity: children


In paragraph 3(1) (list of establishments)—
(a) for “(10)” substitute “(9C)”, and
(b) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) a school falling within section 19(2) or (2B) of the Education Act 1996 (pupil referral units etc) which does not fall within sub-paragraph (1)(a);”.
