# The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Specified Scottish Authority and Barred Lists) Order 2019, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
“the 2006 Act” means the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006;
“the 2007 Act” means the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
