Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 6(2) and (3) and 12(2) and (3) of Schedule 3 to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006^f1.

In accordance with section 61(3) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
