  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 55(5) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nExiting The European Union\nSanctions\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)\nThe Secretary of State makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 45, 54(2), (3) and (4) and 56 of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, considering that the requirements of section 45(2) of the Act are met, and having decided upon consideration of the matters set out in section 56(1) of the Act that it is appropriate to do so.\nIn accordance with section 55(5) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.",
