  "long_title": "Under paragraph 17(2) of Schedule 7 to the Terrorism Act 2000, an examining officer (as defined by paragraph 1(1) of that Schedule) may give the owners or agents of a ship or aircraft falling within paragraph 17(1) (as substituted by section 119(2) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001) a written request to provide specified information and the owners or agents are required to comply with that request. Information may be specified in a request only if it is of a kind prescribed by order of the Secretary of State and which relates to the items listed in paragraph 17(4) (as amended by section 119(3) of the 2001 Act). This Order prescribes information for those purposes.",
