  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 123(3) of the Terrorism Act 2000, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nPREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM\nMade 2002\nComing into force 2002\nWhereas a draft of this Order, being the first to be made under paragraph 17(4) of Schedule 7 to the Terrorism Act 2000, has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 17(4) of Schedule 7 to that Act, hereby makes the following Order:",
