# Schedule 7 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (Information) Order 2002, Introduction: Introductory text


Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 123(3) of the Terrorism Act 2000, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.
PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM
Made 2002
Coming into force 2002
Whereas a draft of this Order, being the first to be made under paragraph 17(4) of Schedule 7 to the Terrorism Act 2000, has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 17(4) of Schedule 7 to that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
