# The School Finance (England) Regulations 2006, Regulation 12: Redetermination of allocation of budget shares for funding period 2


Not later than 31st March 2007, a local education authority must redetermine any allocation of schools' budget shares under regulation 10(a) for funding period 2 in accordance with Part 3 of these Regulations.
