Regulation 27 Publication of schemes

A local education authority must publish their scheme in such manner as they see fit.

For the purposes of paragraph 1(7)(b) of Schedule 14 to the 1998 Act (prescribed occasions on which publication of schemes is required), a scheme must be published by the local education authority on the coming into force of any revision of it.
