  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 20(6)(a) of the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nEducation\nMade 2017\nComing into force 31st March 2017\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(2) of the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 20(6)(a) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
