Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2)

The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 67(3) and 67A(2) of the Scotland Act 1998f1.

A draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the House of Commons in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 7 to the Scotland Act 1998f2.
