  "text": "(1) The Welfare Reform Act 2012 is amended as follows—\n(2) After section 77(3) (personal independence payment) insert—\n“(4) A person is not entitled to personal independence payment while they are entitled to Child Disability Payment.”.\n(3) In section 95 (interpretation of Part 4), before the definition of “daily living activities” insert—\n““Child Disability Payment” means assistance under regulation 3 of the Disability Assistance for Children and Young People (Scotland) Regulations 2021;”.",
