# The Scotland’s Adoption Register Regulations 2016, Paragraph 11


If C is a looked after child within the meaning of section 17(6) of the 1995 Act, details of any accommodation being provided to C under section 25 of that Act or, if C is subject to an order mentioned in section 17(6) of that Act or an order mentioned in section 17(6) of that Act has been made in respect of C, details of that order.
