# The Scottish Commission for Human Rights (Specification) Order 2008, Article 2: Specification of international convention


The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities adopted by Resolution A/RES/61/106 (13th December 2006) of the General Assembly of the United Nations is specified for the purposes of section 9 (restrictions as to scope of inquiry) of the Scottish Commission for Human Rights Act 2006.
