  "text": "Draft Order in Council laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 9(7) of the Scottish Commission for Human Rights Act 2006, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nHUMAN RIGHTS\nMade 2008\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the day of 2008\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(6)(d) of the Scottish Commission for Human Rights Act 2006 and all other powers enabling Her Majesty to do so.\nIn accordance with section 9(7) of that Act a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nAccordingly, Her Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.",
