  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order specifies the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities for the purposes of section 9 of the Scottish Commission on Human Rights Act 2006. This allows the Commission to conduct inquiries into the policies and practices of public authorities and institutions where the subject matter of the inquiry is about whether the human rights contained in the Convention are being respected.",
