# The Scottish Local Government Elections Order 2007, Paragraph 37: Correction of errors on day of poll


The presiding officer shall keep a list of persons to whom ballot papers are delivered in consequence of an alteration to the register made by virtue of section 13B(3B) or (3D) of the 1983 Act which takes effect on the day of the poll.
