Paragraph 3

At the end of rule 23 (issue of official poll cards and notifications) the following paragraph shall be inserted:–

“(5)

An official poll card or notification issued under this rule may be combined with the official poll card or notification issued at a parliamentary election or European Parliamentary election.”.
