# The Scottish Local Government Elections Order 2011, Paragraph 11: Inspection of nomination papers


Any person may inspect and take copies of, or extracts from, nomination papers during ordinary office hours on any day, other than a day specified in rule 2(1), after expiry of the 24 hour period after the latest time for delivery of nomination papers but before the date of the poll.
