# The Scottish Local Government Elections Order 2011, Paragraph 17


In rule 41(3) before the words “counting of the votes” in the first place where they occur, insert “proceedings under rule 43(1) (as so substituted) or the” and before “the efficient” insert “the efficient separating of the ballot papers or, as the case may be,”.
