  "long_title": "This Order which is made under section 5(5) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 (“the 2010 Act”) makes provision in connection with Scottish marine regions. They are areas for which Scottish Ministers may prepare and adopt a regional marine plan. That is a plan which, amongst other things, states Scottish Ministers’ policies for the sustainable development of the area. It is possible for Ministers to delegate functions in relation to regional marine planning, including the preparation and adoption of regional marine plans.",
