  "text": "(1) For the purposes of paragraph 1(2)(c) of schedule 1 of the Act, the constituencies provided for are those which—\n(a) are named in column 1 of the table in schedule 1 of this Order, and\n(b) comprise the areas described for each such constituency in the deposited data.\n(2) In paragraph (1)(b) the “deposited data” means the data recorded on the USB memory stick—\n(a) entitled “Interim Review of Scottish Parliament Boundaries at Cardowan by Stepps”,\n(b) submitted to the Scottish Ministers on 5 August 2020, and\n(c) deposited with the Scottish Ministers at their offices at St Andrews House, Edinburgh EH1 3DG.\n(3) The constituencies are designated as being either county constituencies or burgh constituencies according to the entry in column 2 of schedule 1 opposite each constituency name.",
