  "text": "This draft Order replaces the one laid on 22nd June 2015 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Order.\nDraft Order in Council laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 115(1) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 7 to, the Scotland Act 1998 for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nConstitutional Law\nDevolution, Scotland\nMade 2015\nComing into force 2015\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the [ ] day of [ ] 2015\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(1) and (2) of the Scotland Act 1998 and all other powers enabling Her Majesty to do so.\nIn accordance with section 115(1) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 7 to, that Act a draft of this Order was laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nAccordingly, Her Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:",

      "text": "1998 c.46 (“the 1998 Act”). In terms of section 112(6) of the 1998 Act, section 27 of the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 10) (“the 2010 Act”) applies to the function of making an Order in Council under section 15(1) or (2) of the 1998 Act. Section 112(6) of the 1998 Act was inserted by section 13(2) of the Scotland Act 2012 (c.11)."
