This Draft Order in Council supersedes the draft of the same title which was laid before the Scottish Parliament and published on 22 May 2025 (ISBN 978-0-11-106308-8). It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Order.

This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(1)(d) and (2) of the Scotland Act 1998^f1, and all other powers enabling His Majesty to do so.

In accordance with section 115(1) and paragraphs 1 and 2 of schedule 7 of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament^f2.

Accordingly, His Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order as follows:
