Article 15 Amendment of paragraph 20 of Schedule 4

In paragraph 20 of Schedule 4 (procedure in relation to postal voting statements), for sub paragraph (1) substitute–

“(1)

This paragraph applies to any postal voting statement contained in an envelope that has not been set aside for personal identifier verification in accordance with paragraph 19(1A) or (4A)^f1.

(1A)

The constituency returning officer must satisfy himself that the postal voting statement is duly completed.”.
