# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 20: Existing applications


Where a person has made an application under article 9(1) or (2), article 10(1) or (2), or article 12(4) prior to 8th February 2008 that has not been determined on or before 7th February 2008, the registration officer must not grant the application unless the applicant has provided to the registration officer a specimen of their signature and their date of birth.
